Cancellation / Refund Policy

If we happen to cancel the first paid appointment/program due to any emergencies or other commitments, you will be given a choice to reschedule your appoointment or get a refund 100%.  We will absorb the cost levied by the payment channel partners for you.

Alternatively, If you happen to cancel the first paid appointment/program for reasons known to you, you will be given a choice to reschedule your appointment or you can write or call us for a refund. You will get a refund after deduction of the processing fee by payment channels. 

Refunds are applicable only for the first session/appointment and cancellation of subsequent sessions will not be considered for refund, instead you can reschedule session with us based on availablility of appointment.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of any service packages for which payment has been successfully made and a confirmation number has been generated, and the service packages has not been concluded due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing – by an email at helpdesk@sparshcare.co.in

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your email. Cancellation can be requested no later than 24 hours before final delivery time / Appointment time.

Please note that there will be a nominal deduction in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.

Refund Policy

In the event your request for service package is accepted but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, your request for packages is rejected or cancelled; You will be given an option of opting for another request for packages selection OR will be offered a complete refund, if you so desire. The refund will be credited to your account within 15 working days.
